A Mat Pilates group will start up again in September 2026, running weekly for 10 sessions - Fridays 11.00-12.00. Owing to previous high levels of demand, those who wish to join this group must sign up at Open Day (19th August 2026). Half the places will be provisionally reserved for those new to Mat Pilates.
